Meet Michelle Fuller

My career began in hospitality, where I spent years managing teams and operations across five-star hotel environments. That experience gave me something most consultants simply don't have: a deep, hands-on understanding of what excellence looks like in practice and the standards, the systems, the people skills, and the relentless attention to detail it takes to deliver it consistently. From there, my career evolved into vocational education and training, where I've led RTOs, managed ASQA audits and compliance frameworks, designed accredited and non-accredited training resources, and built workforce capability programs for organisations of all sizes. RTO Manager at MBC Future Solutions, where I led the establishment and full operational management of an RTO from the ground up. Today, through Fuller Consulting, I bring all of that together for you.
